CHAPTER THIRTY THREE

IMPLICATIONS AND
INDIVIDUAL ACTION REQUIRED

The racketeering activities by corrupt officials and personnel described in these pages make the Godfather movies junior-league. Never in the history of the United States has there been such an epidemic of corruption involving so many federal personnel and offices, inflicting such great harm, upon so many people, and upon the United States itself. Never before have a group of whistleblowers banded together, in this manner, to expose such massive corruption against the American people. Never before has such a group been so openly persecuted, with none of the government and non-government checks and balances exercising their responsibilities to intervene. Never have so many victims been so illiterate as to what was being done to them, and by whom.

CAN ANY OF THIS BE TRUE?
For years insiders have testified before Congress concerning all aspects of the corruption exposed in these pages, and members of Congress have covered up, committing crimes in the process. Many highly documented expose books have been written about such matters as CIA drug trafficking into the United States, and despite the great financial and physical threat inflicted upon the average American, the most prominent reaction has been coverup and meaningless rhetoric.

The criminal activities against the American people described in these pages are supported by:

  1. What I (and other inspectors) discovered as a federal investigator, and the large amount of official government documents I accumulated in that capacity.
  2. What I discovered as a victim, as powerful forces in control of federal agencies sought to silence me. These discoveries are supported by large quantities of federal judicial and other records.
  3. Statements, often deposition-like, made to me by a almost a dozen deep-cover CIA and DEA personnel during the past few years on an almost daily basis. Some of these people were high-ranking Naval officers, describing to me their role in the various operations, and giving me many documents that assist in proving what they had to divulge.
  4. Cross-check between the different informants to confirm what had been told to me.
  5. Refusal of the checks and balances to received the testimony and evidence from the group of deep-cover CIA people and myself, when the gravity of the charges, the great harm inflicted upon innocent people if the charges are correct, federal criminal statutes, and duty of office, required positive actions. These obstruction of justice tactics add an element of support to the other forms of evidence.
  6. Pattern of persecution, mysterious deaths, and killings, all of which acted to protect those charged in these pages and acted to prevent exposure of the crimes against the American people. These criminal acts also add an element of support to the charges made herein.
  7. Dozens of highly documented books, newspaper and magazine articles, on certain segments of the criminal enterprises described within these pages.

HARM INFLICTED UPON PEOPLE
AND GOVERNMENTS OF OTHER NATIONS

The harm inflicted upon innocent people by the epidemic corruption of federal personnel is not theoretical. The American public has suffered, as have innocent people in other countries. The corruption in the federal government filters down to state and local government. It has brought upon the American people death and destruction of personal values and lives through the CIA-engineered drug epidemic. It has inflicted enormous financial harm through such racketeering activities as seen in the savings and loan, HUD, Chapter 11 and 13 courts, and other forms of fraud. Fifty-eight thousand Americans lost their lives in the CIA-engineered Vietnam War, which was "justified" to the American people on the basis that the people of Vietnam wanted another form of government than ours. That was the same line as used in Nicaragua, another CIA operation that conveniently provided for the CIA, and for key CIA people, enormous riches from the then-escalating arms and drug trafficking.

Tens of thousands of people were assassinated in Vietnam, and thousands more in other countries, under orders of the CIA, and funded by the American taxpayers Without the apathy and indifference of the American public, these crimes could not have been committed, either upon the people of the United States, or the people and victims of other countries.

The CIA trained and funded assassination squads that killed over 40,000 South Vietnamese civilians in the Phoenix program. Many of those killed were innocent women and children, old people, who were no match for the CIA engineered debacle. In Panarma, when Colonel Manuel Noriega was learning too much about the CIA drug trafficking, when he demanded a bigger share of the profits, and constituted a threat to U.S. officials by threatened...
