The Little Pawn
One of my daughters, Linda, then a resident of Texas, and one of her sons, became a target of the Friedman law firm. Linda and her son were expendable in the scheme to silence me. This required the cooperation of the Friedman law firm, a Texas law firm, judges in Texas, California and Nevada, and the help of Justice Department attorneys and federal judges. To carry out the scheme the woman residing in Texas, from whom I was divorced two decades earlier, had to be placated. The Friedman law firm used her as a catalyst in the sham divorce action, and the woman knowingly participated in the scheme. When it was over, Linda lost custody of one of her sons who was sacrificed to please the Texas resident.
Linda was the only daughter in touch with her mother, and this woman received considerable joy out of baby-sitting Linda's five-year-old son, Heath. For convenience, Linda often left the child in her care almost daily. But Linda grew tired of the hatred generated by my her mother's participation in the sham divorce scheme, and in 1986 suddenly moved to California with her two sons, five-year-old Heath, and one-year-old Dustin. As the catalyst for Friedman's attacks upon me, this woman's cooperation was essential. Linda's mother was on the verge of ordering the Friedman law firm to drop the California action because she was distraught after Linda moved from California. She wanted Linda's son, Heath, back in Texas, having become dependent upon Heath's companionship.
After Linda left Texas, her mother decided to call an end to the sham divorce action, threatening to collapse the scheme carried out by the Friedman law firm. Friedman warned my former wife that she owed them tens of thousands of dollars, and could not pull out. The Friedman group promised that if she continued with the California action they would obtain legal custody of Heath for her...
