Dear Mr. Gregory,
A couple of years ago, after you finished reading my book, Defrauding America, and while I appeared onyour radio show, you stated on the air, "Defrauding America should be on top of every bible." You apparentlyrecognized the gravity of the criminal activities that I detailed and documented, implicating people in control of key government entities, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Justice Department, and the federal courts.
The book detailed the massive and long-standing smuggling of drugs into the United States by people in controlof the CIA and the DEA, with the criminal activities protected by employees of the United States Department ofJustice. Part of this vast area of corruption was the promotion of drugs among the blacks in Los Angeles andelsewhere. I was fortunate to have become somewhat of a national focal point for CIA and other deep-coverwhistleblowers.
In the early 1990s, one of my high-level deep-cover sources described to me the CIA drug trafficking in theLos Angeles area, including the drugging of the black community, among other things. His detailed description in theillicit activities revealed that it wasn't only the black community that was harmed by the CIA activities. Part of themoney for CIA drug purchases came from U.S. trustees and others working in close liaison with them. Thesefunds were unlawfully looted from the assets of unsuspecting people who exercised the statutory protections ofchapter 11 in the bankruptcy courts, unaware of the vast criminal enterprise involving federal judges and thoseworking in collusion with them.
This latter group used part of the looted assets to purchase the drugs smuggled into the United States (inaddition to the drugs obtained from the Contras and the Sandinistas in exchange for the arms sent to them by theCIA and DEA). This judicial and Justice Department involvement in the looting of Chapter 11 assets is tied in withthe drugging of the blacks (and of America).
Defrauding America details and documents this multi-billion-dollar-a-year racketeering enterprise involvingfederal judges, trustees, law firms and attorneys, and Justice Department employees, stripping unsuspectingAmericans of their life's assets. Part of these stolen funds were used to purchase drugs in the Los Angeles area togenerate the drug crisis among the blacks.
The same deep-cover operative who described the CIA drug activities in Los Angeles to me in the early 1990swas also involved in helping to set up the CIA-directed Medellin and Cali drug cartels. Other sources described tome the many flights flown for the CIA and DEA from the United States to Central America, and then landing in theUnited States at various airports, including military fields where the drug smuggling operations were an open secret.
Unless you and others, who are aware of these facts, publicize them, you are fighting with one arm behind yourback, and losing the assistance of the other people who have been and will be defrauded by these events. You must know the extent of these criminal activities so as to understand who and what groups willblock any exposure, and will engage in coverups. You will probably rely upon people who are themselves implicatedin these serious criminal and subversive activities. It is important to address the peripheral issues to the CIA-engineered drug epidemic among the blacks. The issues are much deeper, and failure to address more of them willprobably doom your efforts to expose the CIA's role.
What Must Be Done
You, and everyone who knows of these matters that I detail and document in my books, must publicize thesecharges, and arrange to have me and my many deep-cover sources testify in open hearings. Under federal criminalstatues,1 anyone who knows of these charges and of the federal crimes I expose will themselves be guilty of acrime if they don't make a meaningful efforts to report, expose, and bring to justice the criminal activities that I andmy many deep-cover contacts have discovered.
Federal criminal statute Title 18 USC Section 4 requires reporting these crimes to a federal judge. However,Federal judges are deeply implicated in coverup of these criminal activities. Therefore, the most effective meansof circumventing this serious judicial problem is to promptly start giving publicity to these charges and to the bookdetailing and documenting them.
Defrauding America has shown that every federal judge to whom I sought to report these crimes, includingeach of the Supreme Court justices, have either blocked my attempts, or retaliated against me for attempting toexercise the mandatory crime-reporting responsibilities of that statute. Therefore, another means must be found,and that is for you and others in a position of being able to reach the public, to make them informed of the offensesand motivate the American people to act. Unless you promptly do something meaningful, you become anaccomplice in addition to violating the crime-reporting statutes.
Exposing this part of the CIA drug smuggling will help provide greater credibility to the CIA drugging of blackcommunities, while simultaneously exposing much more of the criminal activities and harm inflicted upon all Americans.
At this time, you have the San Jose Mercury articles and the limited sources referred to in the articles tosupport the charges of CIA drugging of the black community. As I have seen for several decades, those in controlof government can mass significant media support to discredit any exposure of government corruption, and this iswhat you are encountering already. This is the time to use the information that I have acquired during many yearsof federal and private investigative activities.
Credibility
I can provide considerable credibility to support the CIA drugging of America and the many other criminalactivities now being waged against the American people by high-level US officials. For instance:
Prior Coverups By Those Now Showing Concern
Senators Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein now feign concern about the CIA drugging of the blacks afterbeing put on the spot by the San Jose Mercury articles. But I brought these activities, and others of equallyserious implications, to their attention for the past five years, and offered to produce testimony, hard evidence,and various CIA and other deep-cover whistleblowers. Their coverup, a felony, made possible the continuationof great harm upon the blacks and all of America. The same can be said for hundreds of others to whom Ipersonally offered to provide testimony and hard evidence.
Either publicize these charges and permit me and my contacts to provide evidence. or engage in a coverup.
Very frankly, you can either publicize this information, arrange for my many deep-cover sources to providetestimony in public, and arrange for protection against Justice Department retaliation, or you are part of thecoverup. The question arises as to whether you are really interested in exposing these criminal activities that areundermining the United States, or just to promote some particular personal agenda, and possibly limited only tothe harm inflicted upon the blacks. I would like to believe you have the courage and the character to run withthis, but you disappointed me by failure to provide any help whatsoever after you admitted on the air the gravityof my allegations as stated in Defrauding America.
I was surprised after you admitted the gravity of the criminal and treasonous activities detailed anddocumented in my book, and that you made no other mention of it. Now, after the San Jose Mercury articlesused the statements of a few sources identifying the harm inflicted upon the blacks, you suddenly are becomingvocal about the CIA crimes. I wish you had shown the same concern when you recognized that all America wasbeing severely harmed by the pattern of widespread corruption in government.
One risk in joining the complicity of coverup is that someone, somewhere, may ask you: "What meaningfulaction did you take when responsible people offered you sworn testimony and hard evidence of these crimes?"
Incidentally, the third edition of Defrauding America contains considerably more supporting evidence,additional CIA sources, more corroborative data, and new areas. An exposure of these crimes will surely occur,and the question many people may have to ask is when they knew about these serious charges and what meaningful response did they make.
