March 11, 1998 - A referral for criminal investigation of the drug allegations has been made by the United States Commission on Civil Rights to the DOJ.
The allegations include smuggling related abuses in Montana along the Hi-Line. Hopefully, Sen Baucus, Rep. Hill and others will be able to get quick prosecutions. Perhaps the DOJ will also co-ordinate the Office of Public Integrity allegations with these inquiries. Maybe someone will provide documents of pay-offs into bank accounts at the Northwest Bank in Helena ?
