Research into ta story about Gulf War Syndorme led to indications that Saddam Hussein had used Chemical and Biological Weapons in the Gulf War. It appeared that President Bush's threat to "respond in kind" was but an empty promise. Or was it? Explosive evidence too hot for any major media outlet to handle shows that this may be one case where a politician did keep his word.

It is no wonder we are losing the "war" on drugs. This article, based on one letter and two sworn affidavits from intellience agents, offers proof of heavy drug trafficking by figures in political and intelligence circles. Furthermore, the same apparatus is being used to collect political blackmail on select politicians in order to pursade them to cooperate with military initiatives. Danny Casolaro was jubilant. He had just cracked the biggest story of his life. He had collected evidence implicating high-level Reagan and Bush Administration figures in myriad criminal activities in concert with Intelligence and Organized Crime elements. There are currently 30 million people - throughout the world - who have contracted HIV. With a death toll already set at over 8.4 million, estimates indicate this could leap to 40 million by the year 2000. Over 1000 people are dying from AIDS per day. Figures provided by the United Nations show that the geographic spread is almost entirely focused on black Africa and Southeast Asia - which combined - account for almost 90% of all known cases. In effect, AIDS/HIV fundamentally attacks the impoverished Third World.
This geographic spread has led to spectacular charges that the rich industrialised countries secretly developed and deployed AIDS as a biological weapon aimed at decimating the "useless eaters" of the Third World. Researchers point to a number of government documents which they claim supports this charge. Chief amongst these is National Security Memorandum (NSSM 200), authored in the early seventies by then US National Security Adviser, Dr. Henry Kissinger. This document, hitherto marked as top secret, was quietly de-classified in 1990 and lodged in the US National Archives. It is a chilling, cynical document.

And as the West took possession of the results of Ishii's gruesome practice, they took it to the next level - deploying the BioWar technology developed by 731 in later wars, and continuing involuntary human experimentation on their own citizens. When Ishii wanted a human brain to experiment upon, guards were assigned to acquire the organ. Grabbing a prisoner, the guards held him down, while another cleaved open his skull with an axe. The organ was clumsily removed and rushed to Ishii's laboratory. The remains of the "sacrificed" prisoner were then "disposed" of in the camp crematorium. Other prisoners could look forward to equally horrific experimentation. But at War's end, the West was more interested in the ends than the means - even if it meant abandoning their own soldiers. Investigations In Progress . . . © David Guyatt 1 September 1997 The recently announced Winterthur takeover by Credit Suisse group leaves the Swiss banking giant ranked "as Europe’s third largest financial services group, and the third largest global asset manager with assets under management of SFr700bn," according the Financial Times of London - which added "... big trends [are] pushing banks and insurance companies together: increasing concentration in the financial services industry..." This blurring of traditional financial sector boundaries, following widespread global deregulation, has resulted in a new form of banking known as "bancassurance." Hitherto, the most successful bancassurance merger was that of ING Group, the Dutch giant that was created following the merger of Nationale Nederlanden - the largest insurer in the Netherlands - and NMB Postbank, the then third largest bank. ING rushed to the rescue of Barings - Britain’s oldest Merchant bank following its collapse in February 1995. Many questions remain unanswered regarding the collapse of Barings. The Bank of England investigation into the affair was a clumsy whitewash. Out of pocket Noteholders engaged in a legal manoeuvre to have Leeson returned to London where he could speak openly about what really occurred. This resulted in the notoriously politicised Special Fraud Office (SFO) forceably taking over the Noteholders law case and cancelling it "In the Public Interest." Unrevealed at the time were the regular visits made to Barings, by Sir (now Lord) John Cuckney, a former MI5 official and Director of Midland banks trade finance subsidiary International Trade Services (ITS). Lord Cuckney was a central figure in the British "Arms to Iraq" affair that led to the peculiar Scott inquiry. The exact circumstances regarding British banks financing of the arms trade is said to have been placed "off limits" to Lord Justice Scott’s investigation. However, Cuckney, a close colleague of Stephan Kock - the one time head of Group 13, an unofficial British assassination squad - and the now disgraced Jonathan Aitken of Aitken Hume bank, is said to be an "untouchable." Meanwhile, the following outline was heard in the boardroom of Credit SuisseAccording to a Credit Suisse source, leading banks have privately agreed amongst themselves that within three years, the six largest banks will, in the words used: "run the show." Those who don’t make one of the the top six spots, will be left out in the cold - presumably to wither into oblivion. The confidential agreement between top bankers to acquire one of the coveted top six slots, is said to be a first-past-the-post arrangement. It is believed that this is a private plan to cartelise the financial services industry. In any event, it is, apparently, the guiding principal behind the spate of various takeovers and buyouts that now regularly feature in the news - as the big players jockey for position to become one of the jumbo players. It is not yet known if these "top six" are a phenomenon of a European banking agreement or part of a larger, global strategy. Of interest, however, is the recent merger between Nations Bank and Barnet that leaves Nations bank in the top three slot in the US. Meanwhile, sources say that a weather eye should be kept on Nations bank which is rumoured to have some interesting connections in Japan. Once a giant of the US banking industry, Bank of America, has now been shunted into fourth place by Nations bank. The top two slots are held by Citicorp and Chase. The latter was subject to industry rumour that it was on the brink of ruin which forced its merger with Chemical bank. DT |

During his twenty two years as a deep cover CIA and DIA operative, Gene "Chip" Tatum saw or participated in a remarkable series of covert operations. Foremost in his mind are the years 1986-92, when he operated for a group he called Pegasus. This group operated on behalf of the US and other governments undertaking tasks that ranged from narcotic smuggling to assassinations.
The name Pegasus was, in fact, a "cover" designation used by Tatum to protect himself against possible prosecution. Earlier this year, Tatum revealed the true structure and nature of the group.

CIRCLE OF POWER Perhaps more sinister, and certainly more shadowy than the Bilderbergers, the "Pinay Cercle" is an "Atlanticist" right-wing organisation of serving and retired intelligence operatives, military officers and politicians that conspired to "affect" changes in government. Amongst other things they claim credit for engineering the election of Margaret Thatcher in the U.K. and may have been behind the ousting of Australia’s Gough Whitlam.
Faced with mounting evidence of chemical weapon exposure by coalition troops, both the British and US governments belatedly acknowledge that chemical weapon dumps were bombed - or otherwise destroyed - by coalition forces. They even acknowledge that the resulting plume of toxic material, blown by the wind, is likely to have exposed many thousands of coalition troops to these deadly agents. An unforeseen accident in other words. This admission is known in intelligence parlance as a "limited hangout" - a technique designed to show that they are now telling the truth. They are not.
It is the number that carries the most occult significance. Throughout Europe it has historically been regarded as an ill omen. In Norse mythology, the number 13 often signifies death. Today, in the United Kingdom, there exists a paramilitary unit called Group 13. The sole purpose of this ultra secretive unit is deniable assassination.
